Mechanical lift servicing tools

SSVH works closely with mechanical lift manufacturers and operators to define tools adapted to accessibility constraints (steep terrain, working at heights, etc.) and to regulatory requirements (passenger transport).

Some examples of designed tools in use:

Lifting of chair lift station foundations for levelling and realignment of foundations. Operation carried out using hollow cylinders and systems with equal separate flow rates so as to be able to adjust each of the lifting points

Light alloy hydraulic tool for inspecting and moving fixed chair lift clamps with hydraulic system equipped with an industrial automatic control system handling the various operating cycles

12S balancer cable removal with light alloy 10-tonne pull cylinder, stroke 600mm, securing with braking valve, supplied by a 700-bar battery-powered system with electrical distribution

hydraulic tool cable removal-station

Cable removal hydraulic tool, in station, single-acting cylinder with return spring and safety nut, supplied by a hand pump or battery-powered hydraulic unit.

hydraulic tool pull cable removal

8S balancer cable removal with light alloy 10-tonne pull cylinder, stroke 600mm, securing with balancing valve, supplied by a 700-bar battery-powered system with electrical distribution.

Cable car tensioning system with two light alloy 100-tonne hollow double effect cylinders.

Cable removal hydraulic tool

Cable removal hydraulic tool, in station, single-acting telescopic cylinder, supplied by a hand pump or battery-powered hydraulic unit.

hydraulic press retrofit

Retrofit of a press for roller tire: replacement of the existing jack by a 20-tonne single acting cylinder with plate height adjustment screw.

hydraulic tensioning tool, tightening

Hydraulic tools for anchor tensioning.
