Since 1928, Société Savoisienne de Vérins Hydrauliques has been designing, developing, manufacturing and servicing the equipment that it markets in its Albertville facility (Savoie, France).
With the MOKLOS, KRATOS et EGES-KRATOS brands on which it established its reputation in its early days and during the first decades of the company, SSVH has succeeded in retaining its image as a manufacturer of sturdy and high-quality high-pressure hydraulic equipment.
Its customers can be found in varied and diverse sectors of activity such as transport (railways, shipping, air, etc.), power generation (nuclear, hydroelectric, wind turbines, etc.), public works (civil engineering works, constructions, etc.), industry (filtration, chemicals, petrochemicals, steel production, sheet metal work, etc.), heavy-duty handling, mechanical lifts, geotechnics, etc.
This diverse customer base has provided SSVH with the opportunity to take part in a large number of major projects such as the Louvre Pyramic, Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport, the Arche de la Défense, the Ile de Ré and Pont de Normandie bridges and, more recently, the Odeon Tower (Monaco), the stadia in Nice, Lille and Singapore, the Assiut Barrage (Egypt), the Atlantic Bridge (Panama), the coastal highway viaduct (Reunion Island), etc.
